1. I initiated and developed "Mongolian Mining Investment Climate Index", so called "MIC Index". The main purpose was to allow both the government and potential investors to know Mongolian overall mining investment environment, which is determined by quality of policy, regulation, labor force and infrastructure development.

2. I also initiated and organized "The First Mineral Policy Research Forum" under the theme of "Building Good Institutions for Averting the Resource Curse" by raising more than US$25000.
